The “50” is a big one, earned by our organic fruit and vegetable guru pictured in the plaid shirt, Loren Morr. He started his entrepreneurial career by founding Mr. Natural Food Store with his friends when he was in college in Illinois. There were no certified organic products back then and natural food stores filled the need for healthy, unprocessed and pesticide free products.

So when you go to purchase organic ingredients, check out your suppliers experience and reputation, make sure they are time–tested and dedicated to the organic food movement.
