Description
Organic Salted Butter Caramel Flakes, known as our Organic Caramel Specialty, are made by carefully heating organic sugar cane, organic glucose syrup, organic cream, and organic salted butter. Once caramelized, the mixture is crushed into flakes and sifted to ensure consistent flake size. The result is a caramel product with a unique aroma and flavor of caramelized cane sugar, complemented by buttery undertones.
