At Global Organics, our sensory program ensure we deliver the highest quality products to our customers, consistently meeting your expectations while fostering innovation. Our program focuses on teamwork, proficiency and panelists’ collaboration to ensure we can deliver objective and reliable ingredients. Our cross-functional panelists evaluate products to ensure they meet our required high standards, but also to develop new products in partnership with our customers & suppliers. We strive to maintain a group of minimum 12 proficient panelists at all time; and we do have “super tasters” in our team!
We collaborate with suppliers and customers, using sensory evaluations of pre-ship samples to avoid complaints and provide valuable feedback. This strengthens relationships and enhances the experience for all. We are also open to collaborate with our suppliers’ or customers’ sensory teams to deepen our knowledge and continuously develop our sensory lexicon for better partnership.
