PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS
Global Organics’ clean-label Organic Peanut Butter Chips contain four simple organic ingredients: peanut flour, coconut or cane sugar, cocoa butter, and salt. They are certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO. Made without soy, dairy, or artificial flavors and preservatives, the chips are high in fiber, protein, and potassium. The cocoa butter in the formula creates a tempered chip that is shelf stable and solid at room temperature. They remain soft and hold their flavor in ice cream and are meltable for drizzles and swirls. Additionally, the Organic Peanut Butter Chips are available sweetened with either organic cane sugar or organic coconut sugar, the company says.
