Organic Caramel with European Flair

Global Organics sources our organic caramel colors, flavors and specialties from a fifth-generation, family-owned, European caramel company.

Our partner produces organic caramel by heating or “scorching” organic cane sugar. Organic sugar gives a unique “fruity” taste to the caramel. Caramel ingredients add color or flavor or both to a variety of applications, from ice cream to fillings to beverages.

Our organic caramel products are:

• Class 1 (therefore no 4-MEI or sulfites)
• A range of caramel color, from 240 to 21,000 EBC units
• Vegan suitable (except specialty items)
• Made in a facility that does not process peanuts or tree nuts
