The guavas are thoroughly washed and inspected to ensure they are fresh and free from any foreign matter. The fruit is then ground into a smooth purée, with suspended and sedimented seeds effectively removed to create a refined texture. The purée is pasteurized to ensure safety and preserve its natural qualities before being aseptically packed, maintaining its freshness and extending shelf life without the need for preservatives.
