Description
Organic Medium Invert Sugar is a syrup made from organic cane sugar, where part of the sucrose is converted into invert sugar through an enzymatic process, this makes the syrup more soluble. It’s commonly used as an alternative to high fructose corn syrup and has a longer shelf-life than liquid sugar.
