Description

Organic Blueberry Purée is a seedless and aseptic product made from fresh or frozen organically grown blueberries that are carefully sorted, cleaned, and inspected to ensure quality. The blueberries are then milled and passed through a fine screen to remove seeds, creating a smooth purée. The purée undergoes pasteurization and controlled heat treatment to achieve a 5-log microbial reduction, ensuring food safety. After pasteurization, the product is rapidly chilled and aseptically packed to maintain its freshness, flavor, and nutritional integrity without the need for preservatives.
