Description
Organic Liquid Caramel is a brown liquid, obtained by the controlled heat treatment of organic cane sugar. It has a distinctive aroma and flavor of caramelized cane sugar. We offer options with thickeners to obtain a thickened liquid caramel. Our organic caramel products offer a high-end French flavor with distinct “fruity” notes coming from the organic cane sugar. All of our caramel colors are Class I – made without ammonia or sulfites. Our caramel ingredients do not contain 4-MEI.
